Okay, well first find a TRUSTWORTHY friend to login to your account.
You just go to an Apple store or any other store that has a phone with a mobile network on the phone. [Apple store have iPhone 5 displays with mobile networking]
Then follow the rest of the tutorial in the thread.

Yes it really works. I’ve tried it a bunch of times. Look at my purchase history.

Yes, it still works if the RP was purchased 2 – 3 days ago.
It works until the 45th day, so it’s all good.
