Most servers have all these blocked:
/help
/pl
/?
/plugins
/bukkit:?
/bukkit:help
/bukkit:ver
/bukkit:pl
/bukkit:plugins
And now recently TAB auto finish.
PS: NoCheatsPlus is hidden in /plugins. Look at NoCheatsPlus update NoCheatPlus v3.5.5_1

What?? Go on Mineplex and do /[TAB]. You will find NCP commands in there.

How to check if a server has this: Not possible = false,
basic coding = Plugin Checker = good hacked clients.
It isn’t impossible.

This is 6 months old. so its probably outdated. There is a way to check for no cheats plus now. And hacked clients only show if no cheats plus or mineplex mac is on the server. Every other plugin is not possible with public hack clients. And if the server has blocked off capabilities of every way of seeing a plugin, then it is impossible, unless you hack the server itself (Getting OP).

“Public” clients, the most with a full plugin checker are leaked, there is a client “Thunder” (Skidded) that has this feature of checking wich plugin is on the server
